




... I'm not sure why we called it cannibalizing though. Maybe cause I am a pineapple-mother now? Does that make me part of the family? Who knows.
So, here come the details. As you see in the picture above, I had a fun time cutting it into pieces. I had a huuuuge knife, to cut the "skin" off, slow and painful, I guess O.o
I did this, until Dabapple's old body was all naked and vulnerable.
I lay down the knife and got a little rest, till I went on to remove
all those little prickles on the side, that would hurt my mouth and actually don't taste good at all.
Then I had to cut it into four long slices, in order to be able to easily remove the stem inside (no picture available of that). After that i cut it into smaller pieces and Dabapple was ready to be eaten! Of course with the walnut ice-cream I bought for this special occasion (still no B&J at home...)
